Inspired by a ProBlogger article.

My blog is like a rose garden.
But I didn’t have much space to grow it in.
So, I erected several posts, in the hope that the vines might grow up them.
Vertically.

The content of my blog is the stem of each rose, rich in nutritious Cellulose,
Although I’m not comparing my readers to girdlers, sawflys, or carpenter bees.
No, my readers are the soil, the energy from which my posts grow,
Blooming into beautiful search engine optimized flowers that scream, ‘Look at me, I’m gorgeous!’

The petals of each flower are my comments.
Occasionally, I have to prune some to keep the flower balanced and perfect.
Every once in a while, a bee lands on the flower and fertilizes it, taking some pollen back to its nest;
A trackback!

I watch, from my CyStats window above the little plot of land
As my garden grows higher and higher above the ground.
Sadly, no passers-by ever notice the giant adsense billboard that I have hung at the top of every vertical post.
So I resign myself to working harder, content with the beauty of my garden, but not the CTR.

Does anyone care to offer analysis?
